Key Responsibilities

  • Implement tools for occupational health management with a focus on mental health and resiliency in collaboration with local stakeholders.
  • Conduct local research on employee well-being and ensure effective organization of employee engagement measures.
  • Develop and optimize strategies addressing health-related issues, including key performance indicators for health and well-being, mental health, and organizational resilience.
  • Align on-site initiatives with the well-being programs of our clients.
  • Provide regular reports on mental health and resilience topics during business meetings.
  • Mentor and lead the resiliency coaches at the Nairobi site.
  • Support and manage our Feel Good Program.
  • Foster collaboration between managers and the Well-being & Resiliency team for the benefit of all employees.

Job Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Operations or HR/EAP (Employee Assistance Program/Employee Wellness Program) with a focus on health and well-being.
  • Master’s degree in HR, psychology, occupational health, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong proficiency in English (the primary language at the site).
  • Experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry and project management is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, coordination, and mediation skills among stakeholders.
  • Empathetic personality with the ability to understand and reflect on the feelings of others.
  • Motivated to achieve goals while balancing multiple objectives.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to various challenges.
