Responsibilities

  • Content Planning & Management
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with Centonomy’s communication and marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with the Communications Manager to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
  • Research and identify relevant content themes and trends in personal finance, entrepreneurship, and wealth creation.
  • Manage the Centonomy content bank, ensuring proper organization and easy access to all past and current content.
  • Content Development & Coordination
  • Brief and coordinate with content creators, trainers, and guest experts to ensure quality and consistency in output.
  • Repurpose existing content (videos, podcasts, articles, training materials, etc.) for use across various digital platforms.
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and style across all content.
  • Support the production of multimedia content including blogs, videos, podcasts, and newsletters.
  •  Innovation & Strategy
  • Identify new opportunities and formats for storytelling that enhance Centonomy’s digital presence.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects that communicate Centonomy’s mission effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content supports key programs, campaigns, and events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to keep Centonomy’s content engaging and relevant.
  • Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track content performance and audience engagement across all platforms.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to inform future content planning and strategy.
  • Ensure feedback from audiences and stakeholders is integrated into continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital media, or content management (internship or freelance experience acceptable).
  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
  • Basic understanding of social media management, SEO, and analytics.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Interest in personal finance, entrepreneurship, and educational content.
