Our client, a prominent chain of restaurants in Nairobi, is looking for a proactive and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to enhance daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with a strong ability to manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee restaurant staff and ensure efficient workflow.
- Deliver excellent customer service and address guest feedback effectively.
- Monitor inventory, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily reporting and operational tasks.
- Train and motivate staff to meet performance and service objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant or hotel environment.
