Our client, a prominent chain of restaurants in Nairobi, is seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will excel in managing a fast-paced environment, leading teams, and driving operational excellence while ensuring outstanding customer service and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage staff performance, including scheduling and training.
