Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business strategy and product development initiatives.
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Portfolio Managers to ensure backlogs are in sync with business and product roadmaps.
- Consult with system architecture experts and other teams to enhance product functionality.
- Hold final decision-making authority on acceptance criteria for product functions.
- Maintain and refine the team’s product backlog.
- Decompose features into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure user stories effectively communicate customer and stakeholder needs to the Scrum team, providing clarification as needed.
- Define and communicate the team’s scope for the current iteration.
- Establish business objectives and assess business value to prioritize stories, focusing on those with maximum impact aligned with strategic goals.
- Engage with customers and relevant teams to ensure the customer perspective is integrated throughout the product delivery cycle.
- Partner with Product Managers to contribute to story mapping and brainstorming sessions, preparing and decomposing work for teams.
- Clearly define and communicate the expected outcomes and value to support technical assessments with the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product hypotheses and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay informed about other work within the Release Train to help teams proactively manage risks and dependencies, proposing optimal solutions.
- Understand and support inter-team dependencies, escalating prioritization issues as necessary.
- Communicate release timelines and delivery dates to Product Management, Portfolio Leads, and Key Stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Strong proficiency in English is essential.
- Experience with JIRA or similar tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and delivery experience is required.
- Experience in agile cross-functional environments with a strong technical background is essential.
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology integrations, financial services, databases, and backend technologies is advantageous.
- Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional partners, combining technical depth with business acumen.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships and establish credibility across functions and business lines.
- High attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Demonstrated adaptability and creativity in addressing challenges amid changing circumstances, resources, and directions.
- Willingness to collaborate with International Health stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
