Job Purpose:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, bank personnel, product providers, and support staff, through virtual channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive client product engagement through effective telephone sales to the existing customer base, achieving monthly sales targets for accounts, loans, cards, and insurance as set by I&M Bank and communicated by the line manager.
  • Enhance the Net Promoter Score by effectively managing portfolio customers.
  • Collect and submit complete customer documentation for identification and processing purposes.
  • Provide all necessary declarations and disclosures to customers being onboarded, in accordance with I&M Bank’s policies and the Central Bank of Kenya’s Prudential guidelines.

Academic Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
